The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) is consulting with the public on priorities for our new Strategic Plan.
The COPFS Strategic Plan will outline our organisational mission, vision, strategic goals, and priority activities for the period 2023-2027.
We are consulting on an initial framework document to inform the contents of the COPFS Strategic Plan 2023-2027. The responses received through this consultation will help to shape the final Strategic Plan which will be published in early 2023.
Our Strategic Plan will demonstrate how we will continue to meet the needs of the public and improve the quality of justice for victims, witnesses and bereaved nearest relatives.
The strategy will reflect the views of a wide range of stakeholders including those who use our services.
