The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) is consulting with the public on our new Strategic Plan.
The COPFS Strategic Plan outlines our organisational mission, vision, strategic goals, and priority activities for the period 2023-2027.
Our Strategic Plan demonstrates how we will continue to meet the needs of the public and improve the quality of justice for victims, witnesses and bereaved nearest relatives. Our strategy will reflect the views of a wide range of stakeholders including those who use our services.
We are consulting on this document which will be finalised in early 2023.
This is the second time COPFS has asked the public for their views on the strategy - in 2022 COPFS consulted with the public on an initial Strategic Plan framework document.
