Please note that some trials scheduled to take place at Airdrie Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court have been moved to other locations. This is because of the detection of reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RACC) in parts of the court building.
If you are due to attend Airdrie Sheriff Court or Justice of the Peace Court as a witness, you should contact COPFS to confirm your trial location. COPFS will also try to contact witnesses to let them know if their trial is due to move location.
